Katarzyna Terlecka performing business activity under the name „ANAHATA” Katarzyna Terlecka – owner of the Heal Yourself platform – as the Personal Data Administrator informs you about the purposes, methods and scope of processing your personal data. In accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR and with a particular privacy respect principle, we describe what data we process, what legal basis of the processing we use, how long we keep your data, and whether and with whom we share it.  

Ways of processing personal data

We store personal data processed by us in electronic form, on the server as well as in computers. Both data in paper form and digital data are appropriately secured by us in accordance with GDPR, national regulations on information security and the ISO 27001 family standards.
Entities that need to process personal data that we administer, in order to process our services, are obliged under the personal data entrustment agreement to provide protection at least equal to the one we have introduced ourselves.

We primarily collect your IP address using cookies to better tailor the website to your needs and for statistical purposes. The legal basis of the processing is the justified interest of the administrator (RODO art.6 sec.1 (f). More information about cookies can be found below.

If you contact us via traditional mail or e-mail or instant messengers, or you are subscribers to the newsletter:

We process your mailing address / e-mail address / internet communicator ID in order to reply to a letter or e-mail. In special cases, we also process your telephone number, if you choose this form of contact with us. The legal basis of the processing is the justified interest of the administrator (GDPR art.6 sec.1 (f). The data is deleted after the correspondence is completed or the case covered by the correspondence is closed. Subscribers to the newsletter are removed up to 30 days after receiving objections to the processing of personal data to the e-mail address: kontakt@healyourself.com.pl

If you are a customer of our store:

We collect and process the following personal data necessary to process the order and send the goods, ie: name and surname, address of residence / dispatch, e-mail address, bank account number. We process data on the basis of art.6 sec.1 letter b of GDPR, i.e. the sale agreement between the parties and art.6 sec.1 f of GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the administrator. We provide your data to the processors that provide services to us, with which we have signed contracts for the processing of personal data and authorities authorized by law. We may store the data for a period of 5 years after the end of the year in which the transaction was made, due to the obligations arising from the Accounting Act and other legal provisions.

If you participate in workshops, seminars or meditaition sessions:

In order to be able to sign up and participate in our meetings, it is necessary to process your data to the minimum extent, ie: name, surname, e-mail address, sometimes telephone number. We process this data in order to reserve a place in a class and contact you. The legal basis for such data processing is Article6 sec.1 let. a of GDPR, or consent to data processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email, by writing to us at: kontakt@healyourself.com.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the previous processing. We process the data of persons participating in the classes for the time of their participation in the classes.

Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

  • You have the right to:
    require the Administrator of Personal Data to grant you an access to your personal data, receive a copy of your data, rectify it, delete or limit the processing of your personal data,
  • raise objections to further processing if you do not want us to process your data based on a legitimate interest,
  • if it is recognized that the data is processed in violation of the law – lodging a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

Additional information

  • Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
  • Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for our cooperation, provision of our services or delivery of our products. If you do not provide data, you will not be able to benefit from these actions.
  • Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. The data will also not be forwarded to international organizations.

Information about cookies

  1. “Cookies” are IT data stored in user’s end devices, intended for the use of websites. Usually, they are simple text files containing the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  2. This site does not automatically gather any information, with the exception of the information contained in the cookies.
  3. PCookies are intended for the use the Heal Yourself platform pages. The operator uses these files to:
    • enable log-in and maintain the user’s session on each subsequent site of the website
    • match the content of the website to the individual preferences of the users; first of all, these files recognize the users’ device in order to display the page according to the users’ preferences
    • create anonymous statistics, excluding the possibility of user’s identification.
  4. Cookies used by the partners of the website’s operator, including in particular the users of the website, are subject to their own privacy policy.
  5. In the interest of security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to data. We monitor their performance and on an ongoing basis check their compliance with the relevant legal acts, such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as any type of by-laws and acts of EU law.
  6. In principle, the software used for browsing websites allows cookies to be placed on the user’s end device by default. These settings can be changed by the user to block the automatic service of “cookies” in the settings of the web browser or to inform about each transfer on the user’s devices.
  7. The website users can make changes to the cookies settings at any time. Details on the possibilities and methods of managing cookie files are available in the software settings (of the web browser).
