What does she do?

She is a psycho-dietitian, Traditional Chinese Medicine dietitian, a member of the Polish Psychological Society.

She conducts individual and family consultations, nutritional training, workshops and lectures. For over 15 years she has been professionally involved in the promotion of health, in particular with the impact of diet on the prevention and treatment of civilization diseases:

  • cardiovascular diseases,
  • respiratory diseases,
  • obesity,
  • diabetes,
  • oncological diseases,
  • digestive system diseases,
  • psychological eating disorders,
  • and allergic diseases,

She is the author of the Lifestyle Optimization Model Project, which takes into account nutrition, physical activity and consciousness. Based on the principles of nutrition, it helps to adapt a diet to individual needs, taking into account age, fitness, constitution, nutritional habits and preferences, lifestyle, as well as genetic and environmental conditions.

She cooperates with the Integrated medicine Centre (Centrum Medycyny Zintegrowane), Strefa Zasilania Psychotherapy Center (Ośrodek Psychoterapii Strefa Zasilania), Center for Health (Centrum Sztuk Zdrowotnych) and Polish Association For Persons with Intellectual Disability Rehabilitation and Education (Center Ośrodek Rehabilitacyjno-Edukacyjno-Wychowawczy Koła PSONI).
